Shipping policy
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. All taxes and duties are included in the final price at checkout, so there are no surprise charges upon delivery. We use a system called FlavorCloud, which ensures that both the buyer and Luna Sundara are protected throughout the shipping process.
In addition to the continental U.S., Luna Sundara ships worldwide. If you’re a vendor in a country we don’t currently serve and are interested in offering Luna Sundara products, please contact us for a vendor application. Sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of the page to be notified when we expand to new regions.
How quickly will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, unless an item is on backorder. You will be notified via email if any items are temporarily unavailable.
What are my shipping options?
We offer several shipping options via USPS, including First-Class, Priority, and Overnight services. Additionally, UPS shipping options are available. We are pleased to offer free shipping for orders over $50 within the continental U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
Returns
Can I return an item I purchased online?
Yes, unopened items in their original condition may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Once we confirm the return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
How do I return an item?
Please contact us at orders@lunasundara.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number before returning any item. Returns without an RA Number will not be accepted. We will provide a return label via email. Repackage the item securely, including the packing slip, and write the RA Number on the exterior of the box. Send the package via USPS using the provided label.
What if I choose the incorrect shipping option?
Luna Sundara is not liable for incorrect shipping options chosen by customers. If your order has not yet shipped, contact us at orders@lunasundara.com to modify the shipping method or refund any cost differences. If the order has already shipped, you may return the item according to our return policy. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
My item was damaged. How can I return it?
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Retain the original packaging and materials, and we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
